Jump to Dashboard and Past Month/Quarter/Year

Example, if user set the below dashboard to 8/2012 as the month, when they click on Current Qtr Cost I want the data to be filtered to 8/2012 for the Jump To. If they click on Past Qtr Cost, that filter would need to show 5/2012.
