Disabling the "Allow multiselect for lists" toggle button on filters for dashboard users

We have a dashboard that is set up to expect only 1 value in a specific filter. Is there a way we can force users to only select 1 value instead of being able to toggle on the "Allow multiselect for lists" button? Converting the filter to a BloX filter is out of the question for our use-case.
