Community member spotlight: driving healthcare insights with Sisense – meet Tim von Ahsen from CBS

CBS Costing and Business Solutions in New Zealand specializes in healthcare finance and analytics. Their tools, CostPro and ChargePro, help hospitals connect financial data with patient-level activity to better understand real costs and support models like Australia’s Activity-Based Funding.

They use Sisense with a custom-built data warehouse to bring together data from patient systems, accounting, and radiology. One key report helped a nursing union identify staffing and incident trends across wards, driving smarter planning.
