What You Need to Know

During this maintenance window, there will be a temporary impact on your ability to create new tickets or access existing ones through the portal. 

You can still communicate with us by simply replying to the email thread associated with your ongoing cases. Our dedicated team will be right there to assist you. For immediate support on critical or new issues, our Sisense Support team remains reachable via email at [email protected].

Exciting New Features Await:

This maintenance is not just about routine upkeep; we're introducing exciting enhancements to elevate your user experience, including:

  • Rich Text Support: You will now be able to format your posts with rich text, making your contributions more engaging and informative.
  • Inline Images: Easily include images in your posts, allowing you to visually share information and insights with the community.
  • Extended Comment Length: We are extending the character limit for comments, enabling you to provide more detailed information and even support code inline.

We understand the importance of the Case Portal in the Sisense Community, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve your experience.
