Sisense October 2021 Release Training Video on 4 Selected Features

In this release, we focus on improving scalable usage of Sisense dashboards and managed services support and enhancing UI customization user management. 

Here are the 4 selected features from the October release that you should know about:

1. Support Access
2. LDAPS support with Public key
3. Web Access Token
4. Custom Fonts

Here is a short explanation of each feature: 

• Support and CloudOps teams now have secured and monitored access for customers’ environments enabling non-interruptive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory for user management now supports public keys to avoid security issues.  
• Improved dashboard sharing for non users via any platform (including social platforms) using Web Access Tokens for a secure, scalable, and highly customizable view.
• Improved UI customization capability with customized fonts that can be used across all environments including embedded methods.
