Having trouble creating a new user and sending out the initial email

I am having issues creating a user. I created the user, and made sure that the email is correct, but the user did not seem to get the invite.

Hello @pciocheetah,
I recommend opening a support ticket for this. They can review the Sisense logs and help figure out what is causing that.
