Idea: Allow developers to build/test add-ons in a local environment rather than requiring a live environment. Note that this would be for the purpose of creating custom add-ons for additional functionality that would require testing on the "out of the box" Sisense UI. Background/Context: In most development workflows it is common practice to work on your code locally on your machine and deploy to a local server aka "localhost" to test/view your work in the browser. An example of this is building and deploying a local React.js app to your browser. As you make changes to the code it will recompile locally and update what you see on your localhost. If you're using Sisense out of the box however, to test/view any changes to an add-on developers are forced to upload the files in some way to a live Sisense Environment. This not only limits the innovation of add-ons to developers with an active license and live environment, it makes it painfully inefficient to develop customizations on top of the Sisense application. I understand there are likely some business concerns with allowing the use of the product locally but I'd argue that there are ways to prevent that, such as enforcing some default sample data etc., but in such a way that would give developers a "local playground" to develop/innovate on. ... In report manager, when trying to add recipients for email, we receive sisense user email id suggestions based on keyword entered. This can be confusing to users, as our end users send emails to external recipients(non sisense) and that email id suggestion is sisense internal user email. When the sisense user is deleted the email of this user is still in the recipients list for a report in the Report Manager. If the report Manager is configured to send the reports to external customers, the user who is no longer with the company will be receiving the reports with dashboard data as the reports for the external users are generated using the owner or an additional user. When we send more than one Combined Excel Report while using a dashboard having different filters on it. Names of those combined Excel sheet we get from them is same as they were using same dashboard for creating a report, which is difficult to identify when downloaded simultaneously. Sharing and emailing out dashboards currently have a time zone setting where a user could specify when a dashboard should be emailed out in a specific time zone. We have a use case where a report schedule is supposed to run daily/weekly only during certain months of the year(seasonal reports). This could be done using the time frame section in report manager, however, at the end of the season, we will need to manually update each of the schedule's start and end date, which may not be feasible when there are over 100s of schedules as such. With the Sisense Report Manager add-on, we need the ability for a Viewer to create AND modify a report schedule that has been shared with them. Example: Jack (Designer) shared a report with Jill (Viewer) to monitor the health of her building assets. Jill would like to get a snapshot of this report emailed to her every month; however, she must manually communicate with Jack for him to create this report schedule on her behalf. Jill would like to create the report schedule herself.  Jack created the report schedule to be sent to Jill every month. After three months of this, Jill prefers the report schedule to be sent out on a weekly basis. She must manually communicate with Jack for him to modify this report schedule on her behalf. Jill would like to modify the report schedule herself.  Now multiply Jill by thousands of customers for our specific business use case... This will quickly become unsustainable for us. Please prioritize these features for Report Manager as it is a premium Sisense add-on.   We understand that today with the Sisense native scheduler, a Viewer would be able to modify their report schedule if the creator allows the Viewer to edit subscription settings.
