Introduction
This article explains how to modify any widget to convert the title into an email link.
Steps
STEP 1 - ADD THE PLUGIN
Download the attachment and unzip the contents into your C:\Program Files\Sisense\PrismWeb\plugins\ folder on the server. If you are using version 7.2 and higher unzip the contents into your C:\Program Files\Sisense\app\plugins\ folder. If the plugins folder doesn't exist, just create it. After those files have been unzipped there, you may also have to restart the web server.
STEP 2 - UPDATE THE CHART
In the widget editor, make sure you have a widget title defined and add an email address as the widget's description. The email address you add to the description will be used as the TO field in the email, and the widget title will be used as the email's subject. The email's body will automatically include the URL back to widget.

- This plugin uses the mailto syntax, which means it will use the default mail client specified for your computer. For most people running windows this default will be Outlook, but you can change to another email client by updating your windows settings. You can find more information on this, from this link.
