Support for String Functions in Formulas

I'm curious about how the community feels about the potential introduction of string-returning functions in Sisense formulas. For instance, I often find myself wanting to format numerical data into more user-friendly outputs. As a specific example, I track user session durations in seconds and would love to display them in the HH:MM:SS format instead. This functionality could enhance clarity across various widgets, not just within pivot tables but also within indicators and other visualizations.
Have you encountered situations where being able to manipulate or format data using custom logic in this way would have been beneficial? How could such a feature improve your workflow or reporting? I am eager to hear your thoughts and experiences!
To address this need, I already implemented a plugin to format a duration as HH:MM:SS, but the client-side plugin option doesn't support CSV and EXCEL export; the other limitation is that the plugin just addresses the duration formatting, not other custom formats
