Value range dashboard filters using derived measures
Filters that use value-range, e.g. derived Sum/Total measures, can't be used as dashboard filters.
Is there a plan to have this functionality in the future?

Indeed one can achieve this with @Chris Wallingford recommendation of using a combo of advanced formulae, using the IF statement alongside a multi pass aggregation. This will achieve your need, but please note that the threshold value, in this case the 100 value, will be static. In order to modify this value you will need to manipulate the formula each time, per request of your users, which can differ. Bottom line, they won't have the flexibility to change the thresholds and dig deeper into their derived measures filtering.
Another option that you could look into is creating sliders within blox and then configure the script to control the value within the formula. This will also achieve your need here but is a bit of a clunky workaround, will require scripting and maintenance if blox changes or if the script needs upholding which is not uncommon.
A more elegant solution is to use the QBeeQ Input Parameters plugin, a fully supported and maintained addon developed by the leading Gold Sisense Implementation and Solutions partner.
With this plugin you can easily create a slider, connect it to a corresponding placeholder value within the formula, with absolutely no-code, and you can get this up and running within 4 minutes. We actually use it for our own internal financial what-if analyses. You can easily format the values to currency, percentages or just standard INT values, use a slider, or drop down or plan value input, beautify the look and feel to match your exact design language, and much more, all with out coding a single line. You can also create more advanced formulas with multiple addons and then allowing your end viewers to easily tweak the values within the actual data, without having to go back into the formula or into the actual data model to change values for each customer, or for each individual what-if analysis. You're elevating your end viewers experience to true self-service and allowing them to do what was only available to designers until now.
For some reason I cannot seem to attach an image here, feel free to reach out for a demo, happy to offer assistance and guidance on achieving it via blox,
Let me know if we can further help in any way,

·4 months agoWe do this with Ranking filters... for example, if we want a dashboard filtered to customers that spent at least 100 on a certain product, we might filter on Customer ID with Ranking set to TOP 10000000 and a formula like:
