Subscription Control Default Setting
When sharing a dashboard with other users or groups, Dashboard Owners can grant recipients the ability to configure their subscription schedules and preferred delivery method—either via email or PDF attachment—by unlocking the subscription control setting in the Sharing Details window. Currently, this feature must be enabled manually for each dashboard. Establishing a default setting that allows administrators to specify whether new dashboards should automatically be unlocked when shared would enhance usability and streamline access management.
