Request to enable customers schedule builds at specific times in a day

This is a request coming from customer Akita Box. They would want to be able to schedule a build at every 10 minute past an hour (Eg: 1.10 AM, 2.10 AM, 3.10 AM Etc) and 40 minutes past an hour (Eg: 1.40 AM, 2.40 AM, 3.40 AM Etc) for a few cubes. This is to ensure that a few cubes build after their main cube abx-0 finishes building which is currently set to build at every half hour interval.
