Widget PNGs are blurry when downloaded
I suspect this may be a user-specific problem and not something system wide. We've only had one user complaing of the problem.
When she uses the "Download Image" functionality from Sisense 2024.1, the resolution of the PNG is fuzzy/blurry, as if the resolution has been reduced.
Has anyone encountered this and found a resolution?

OP1 year agoAh, thanks for following up! In my case, it turns out there was something squirrelly happening with that specific user's browser. When she tested with another browser, it worked normally.

I just found this setting, but it's only in Linux. Does this help? https://docs.sisense.com/main/SisenseLinux/downloading-a-widget-as-an-image.htm

·1 year agoDRay just starting this thread again because when I download a widget image, the clarity is still sub-par, is there a way to change this in the admin section?

There isn't a setting for that. Can you try maximizing the widget and/or increasing the zoom on your browser and let me know if that helps? A .png file should scale with resolution.

Thank you for reaching out. Do you know what browser they are using? You may have them clear their browser cache and see if that helps. I can't think of a setting in Sisense that would cause this.
