Support Portal - empty screen and errors in console, can't create a ticket | Help and How-To

Hey, I wanted to create a support ticket but the Support Portal is blank and there're errors in console. Had similar issues with creating a trial account before. It's happening both on Chrome and Safari.Can someone help?Best regards,Klaudia
