Problems display figures in bar graph

Question

The figures are being showed in wrong positions at de bar chart when I reduce the range with the slider. Without range increase it works ok.

Can somebody please tell me if this is a known bug and if there is a workaround?
I'm using version 20.23.12.10006 Windows server.
