How to hide column in data export?
I have a pivot table widget, and I am looking for a way to hide a column when downloading this widget as a excel or csv file. Can anyone help me out?

To the bestd of my knowledge, there is no way to apply cusotmizations on the native Excel/CSV exports so there is no way to hide a column from thsoe exports.
With the above being said, both our export and pivot/tables plugins support this option as a built feature and
From which branch of DXC are you? Perhaps you are from a branch that already uses our plugins and then I'll simply hop on a call to show you how it works.

·1 year agoTo make sure I understand, you want the column to show when viewed directly, but automatically hidden when exporting. Is that correct?

OP1 year agoThanks. But these two posts are for hiding from display but not from data export. I would like a way to hide in the data export.
