Dirlling-down by left-clicking on a pivot table cell

We have a pivot table with a cell that has a hierarchy option to drill down. In the screenshot, the cell is "Post Title" and user can drill down to "User" who interacted with the post. We receive feedback that our users usually miss the drill-down option by right-clicking on the cell. Is there a way to trigger the drill-down by left-clicking on the cell instead? Better yet, we can add an icon that triggers the drill-down when it receives a left click.
