BloX SJSON scrambled when using git?

I have a dashboard with several BloX widgets. I noticed after using the Git Interface to version control the JSON in the bLox widget gets scrambled. The widgets still work, but they become near-impossible to edit after the fact. Are there any know remedies to this, or is this an issue that Sisense is aware of? Version Linux 2024.1 -- Not using remote repos, just the native sisense git interface,

Thanks -- I think support ended up putting in a ticket. I have done some more work with this nd found that regardless of remote repo or not the BloX code gets scrambled.

I am attaching some screenshots -- Basically when you commit changes, and then checkout a different branch -- from that point forward the BloX code is scrambled.
