SELECT * FROM "PUBLIC"."MY_DATE_TABLE"
Modify it by adding at the beginning:

SELECT DISTINCT TO_CHAR(date, 'YYYY') AS year, * FROM "PUBLIC"."MY_DATE_TABLE"
Press the Parse and Done buttons
Publish Live model by pressing the Publish button
After this, you can use this column to show the years and filter them
