Dear all, My prism file is unwilling to connect to its elasticube. I think we may solve this by deleting the ECdata file from the server and running an entire build but this will take more than an hour. We've had the problem more often over the last couple of weeks. When I try to install Prism, that is the error I get - then it exists the installer. Nothing is installed (message states that no files have been modified on my system...). I am on Windows XP Professional (including all updates). Thanks!
