by default the legend should have the smallest label possible.

so in a regular chart just the measure name (without the on Y2 axis)

if i use a dimension in the series box then just the name of the dimension member (without the \Measure Name)

 anything more makes cluttered legends and should be optional

If only one measure exist you can put it on the background panel in the data layout editor. (Move the Measures item from the series panel)
