     I'm just trying to download/install the software for the fisrt time and I keep getting the rror that I'm missing.net 2.0 even after downloading, rebooting and installing that software twice. any ideas?

    Hi Nathan,

    In order to solve your problem we need some more details:

    1. Browser type and version.

    2. Operating system and version.
